Every new account starts with a 7-day Professional trial, then automatically becomes a free Community member — no payment and no application, permanently. Community keeps the forum, resource library, CPD log, member directory, Ideas Hub, Regional Hub (local feed, events, regional attendance context), browsing expert answers, and standard-price events. It is free because a strong peer network benefits the whole sector.
Professional membership
Professional membership funds the platform and unlocks the attendance workplace — casework in Support First and Compliance; exports from letters, plans, governor and SLT reports, and compliance outputs; census-linked analytics in Benchmarking & reports. Plus ask an expert, member event pricing, and group licences for schools, trusts, and local authorities.

Partner Directory and event calendar promotion are separate from practitioner membership. Create a free Community account to submit a listing or event for admin review. Eligible non-profit organisations pay no promotion fee. For-profit promotion uses paid listing tiers on our commercial page. Paid Professional members save 25% on those fees.
Member discounts on CPD and events
Professional members receive a 50% discount on all online training materials/webinars, and a 25% discount with priority booking for our in-person conferences and events.
