🚨 Have your say on penalty notices before we meet the Department for Education (DfE). On Friday 20 November 2026, NAfSA is meeting directly with DfE officials to discuss the reality of school attendance penalty notices on the ground. We need your frontline evidence to ensure our voice in the room is yours. We are calling on everyone working in school attendance—across schools, academy trusts, and local authorities—to share your insights on: 👉 Third offences and the rolling 3-year limit 👉 "Support first" practice and Notices to Improve 👉 What makes consistency and tracking difficult in practice ⏳ Deadline: Friday 13 November 2026 🌟 Have outstanding practice to share? You could even be invited to join us in the meeting. Take 5-10 minutes to complete our quick, anonymised online form or read the full briefing on our website: #SchoolAttendance #EducationPolicy #FrontlinePractice #NAfSA #PenaltyNotices #AttendanceMatters
